My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're happy to offer an exchange.

How do I request an exchange?

To request an exchange for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item showing its condition
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Requests submitted without photos will not be processed

How do I care for my apparel?
