All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're happy to offer an exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include your order number and photos of the item clearly showing its condition. Requests submitted without photos will not be processed. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
